• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, and stock levels, but errors may occasionally occur; we will notify you and offer a correction, alternative, or refund if a listing is inaccurate.
• Products are genuine, sourced from authorised distributors, unless otherwise stated.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance once payment is verified.
• Payment is currently by direct bank transfer. Your order is processed once we have manually confirmed receipt of payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund where payment was already made.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or by our team are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on receipt and contact us immediately about any damage or discrepancy.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where a return is agreed.
• Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) are handled in line with the manufacturer’s own terms.
• Change-of-mind returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
